Every now and then, a story reminds us why we do what we do and this month, we’re celebrating one that’s especially close to our hearts. Our founder, Emely Juarez, was recently featured in the September 2025 issue of Stroll Cleveland Park Magazine, highlighting her inspiring journey from humble beginnings to leading a company built on purpose, excellence, and compassion.
The article, titled “From Cleaning to Creating Change: Emely Juarez’s American Dream,” written by Bryson Schubert with photography by Paige Fremder of Hey Next Paige, captures the essence of who Emely is, a woman of vision, faith, and quiet strength who turned a simple skill into a meaningful mission.
“I needed something that I was good at, and then it clicked—I’m great at cleaning,” Emely shared in the feature.
What began in 2016 as a small way to pay off student loans has grown into ECJ Cleaning Services, a thriving company with a dedicated team serving homes, estates, and even yachts. But beyond the success, what truly stands out is Emely’s heart for people, her unwavering belief that business can be both excellent and compassionate.
“We’re not just cleaning properties. We’re building hope and brighter futures,” Emely said, a statement that perfectly captures her life’s work.
Through ECJ, Emely continues to extend help to families and vulnerable communities in El Salvador, providing food and daily essentials each month. Her leadership reminds us that the greatest success stories aren’t measured by numbers, but by the lives touched along the way.
As a team, we couldn’t be prouder to see her story recognized in Stroll Magazine. It’s more than just a feature, it’s a reflection of Emely’s heart, her journey, and her faith that continues to inspire all of us who work beside her.
Because when passion meets purpose — change begins, one act of service at a time.
